The
Autumn Wedding....
Fall is a fabulous
time for a wedding. Nature lends itself so beautifully to wedding
decor during this season through rich colors and interesting
textures. In fact, in the last few years, fall has become more
popular than it has ever been before as a season for weddings. Right
now, to have an autumn wedding is considered quite trendy.
At the wedding
reception in this photo feature, the designers from Charming
Events in Orlando, Florida
elaborated on the harvest theme with gorgeous arrangements of flowrs,
pumpkin accents, and lovely linens.
They started with
the guest sign in table, where photos of the couple, their family,
and ancestors were placed on display and then accented with candles,
mixed Rose Petals and fall leaves. This introduced the tone of the
autumn wedding theme, and was a beautiful way to display the photos
of their loved ones!
Festive place card
holders were designed using little pumpkins. Each pumpkin held a
small card upon which the name of a guest was written, along with
their seating assignment printed on a card. The pumpkin place card
holders were lined in rows with mixed rose petals and fall leaves
scattered between them.
Above: The
head table is gorgeous and festive, bursting with color and with the
glow of votive candles. Truly beautiful, it
captures the essence of the season perfectly. The designers
sprinkled mixed rose petals and fall leaves across the table and used
the votive candles as an elegant finishing touch.
The Cake Table
features a similar design of petals and candles to continue the theme.

decor for the cake table is complimentary to that of the head table
- a similar design of petals and candles continues the theme.
For centerpieces,
the designers took fresh pumpkins and hollowed them to create
containers. A beautiful arrangement of Eggplant and Rust Calla
Lilies, Orange and Red Gerbera Daisies, Orange and Red Mini Rose
Sprays with fall leaf accents sat on top.
The arrangements
were placed on gold stands which highlighted the gold chair cover
sashes used on the seats.
Below Left:
Votive candles, and fall leaves were placed on the tables to carry
out the look with perfect continuity. The overall effect was stunning.

The Guest Sign-In
Table features photos of the couples ancestors as a meaningful tribute,
