is there a way to do 2 different invitations, one for those we want at the ceremony and party, then those we just want to know whats happening but do not have the $ for that many people? 08 Jul 2008 17:03

If you just want to let certain people know whats happening, but cant afford to have them at the wedding, then you wouldnt want to send them a wedding invitation, rather, what you what to do is send them a wedding announcement. This simply announces to them that you have gotten married. Announcements are available where ever you buy your invitations, and the staff at the printer or stationer or wedding shop can advise you on the proper wording.
