Wording on Rehearsal Dinner Invites

I'm the Mother of the Groom. My ex-husband and I are hosting the rehearsal dinner.
I've re-married and so has he. How should we list our names as the hosts on the invitation?

Your names should be listed as follows:

Mrs. First Name (New Married Name)
and
Mr. Ex Husband's name
Request the pleasure of your company at....

OR if your spouses are also hosting with you:

Mr and Mrs. (Husband's 1st Name & Your 1st Name (Your Last Name)
and
Mr. and Mrs (Ex Husband's name & his wife's name)
Request the pleasure of your company at....
