Save the Date wording
I am having a smaller ceremony, inviting about 1/2 the guests and then a reception where everyone is invited. Should I send two different STD cards and if so, how can I word them. Or should I just word the card with out using wedding....maybe like celebrate the marriage.....

Please help!

save the DATE cards
You can really do it either way. The purpose of a save the date card is just to make sure people do not book themselves up for that date. So on the save the date card you really dont need to get into specifics about the ceremony or reception - just let people know that your wedding will be taking place that date, so they should reserve the date on their calenders. Hope this helps!
