Why
Am I Experiencing a Problem?
There
are three reasons why you may have experienced difficulty in the
first place:
1)
You may be overdrawn on your credit card limit. If this is, in fact,
the case, using our back up system will not be of help, and your card
will still be declined. You will need to contact your bank.
2)
You may have entered some of your information wrong - we implement
state of the art fraud screening software for your protection, and
the slightest variation in the info you enter can cause your card to
be declined. Things such as inserting dashes or spaces where they are
not required, or typing in all capitals letters can arose suspician;
in order to err on the side of caution, the card may be rejected.
Sometimes if this occurs, the system may continue to reject your card
even after you go back and enter your information correctly. When
this happens, placing your transaction through an alternate payment
system will generally allow you to proceed with placing the order successfully.
3)
The payment processing server may be excessively busy, causing long
response times if many people are placing their online transactions
at the same time. When this happens, the web page 'times out' and
your transaction can not be processed. You can generally proceed with
placing your order successfully in this situation by using our
alternate payment processing system.

order gets processed and
shipped without further delay.
