Cute DIY heart shaped 3-D escort cards. These three-dimensional escort cards are so super cute, but they’re also super-easy to make. They appeared in Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine, Summer 2010 issue. Don’t you just love the way they look like they’ve been blown onto the table by a gentle summer breeze?
All it takes to make them is a heart-shape craft punch, bright-white ink (or use another color if you prefer – gold or silver maybe…), scissors, glue, and paper in a range of watery hues that complements your wedding color palette. Full DIY instructions below…

1. Cut a slit from the bottom point of each heart to 3/8 inch from the top center. Write the name of the guest and the table number they are assigned to with white ink (or consider gold or silver ink…, or whatever you prefer).
2. Place one side of the slit atop the other to create a pop-up effect; glue.
3. Snip off the “tails” of extra paper at the bottom point of the heart.
