Canada R2G 4E9 US Residents $79.95 plus $24.95 shipping & handling (U.S. funds) Canadian Residents $114.95 (Canadian Funds) plus $14.95 shipping & handling Foreign Residents (Outside of U.S. or Canada): $79.95 (U.S. funds) plus $49 shipping & handling Delivery Time For orders placed by mail, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery to allow for mail transit, order processing, clearance from your bank if paying by check, and shipping time. Your order is likely to arrive much sooner, but we ask that you allow this length of time should it be required. For Fastest Delivery When Ordering By Mail... Orders paid by money order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of being received by our office. Orders paid by check will be held for 14 business days to allow for clearance from your bank. Check Acceptance Terms We are happy to accept your personal check or business check, however, if your check is returned to us for any reason (non-sufficient funds, stop payment, etc.), a $25 fee will apply to cover our banking service charges and administrative costs associated with the returned check. With payment by check, you are in agreement to this term of sale. ANY CHECK RETURNED TO US FOR ANY REASON WILL BE TURNED OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY.
