Wedding Planner Certification Seal Awarded to Certified Wedding PlannersUpon satisfactorily completing the course, the student will receive Certificate of Completion, and will be certified as a professional wedding planner.

In order to receive the certification for this course, the student will be required to successfully complete two assignments / tests to the instructor's satisfaction. The first assignment /test is required mid-way through the program, and the second at the end of the program. Naturally, students must also, in the opinion of the instructor, meet the qualifications, standards, ethics, and ideals necessary to successfully and responsibly serve the client as a professional wedding consultant.

A certificate from the International Institute of Weddings in association with the Professional Development Division of indicates that the consultant has mastered the concepts taught through our in depth training and has demonstrated his or her ability to meet the standards we set within the profession. Because excellent interpersonal skills and responsible conduct are of critical importance in this profession, any student who fails to conduct him/herself in an orderly and professional manner may be lose the benefit of the individualized attention and instructor interaction which we provide at no additional charge when the course manual is purchased, and may permanently lose eligibility to receive the certificate of completion. Such decisions, if necessary. shall be made solely at the instructor's discretion. Disorderly conduct includes, but is not limited to, instances of blatant insubordination; disruptive behavior; disregarding the instructor's directions; poor, problematic, offensive, tactless, uncooperative or disrespectful attitude; cheating, untruthfulness, or any form of dishonesty. Any student whom the instructor deems necessary to cease dealings with will not be eligible for the certificate or any form of refund.

The student may take up to one full year to complete the course if required. Extensions will be granted for students who present a valid reason for the request, provided it in no way suggests to the instructor a level of unsuitability or incompatibility for the profession. Requests for extensions must be made in writing, and will be granted in writing.
